  • Make a plan of your work

Early on in the holidays make a list of things you need to get done, estimate a realistic timing on how long it will take to get everything done and work at your own pace! Don’t forget to include breaks, these are very important to ensure you aren’t overloading yourself

  • Revision

Don’t take a break for too long, take time to prepare yourself for the next term, or year. This will make sure you aren’t necessarily stressed when you go back to school. Revising during the holiday will make you more confident and an assured head start for the next term/year.

  • Switch off

In the last few years technology has been such a big part of our lives, that it has caused many unhealthy habits.

So I suggest that if you have some homework or assignments you switch off your phone. This will allow you to put in that 100%.

  • Sleep

Truly take the time to allow your body to rest. Listen to your body. It makes a huge difference.

During school the amount of sleep you get is usually insufficient, so take time to rest!
