As The Influencer-boxing Boom Continues, TikTok Stars are Battling YouTubers

A boxing match between YouTube and TikTok has been announced, and will feature some of your favorite social media stars. All you need to know about the fight is right here. Austin McBroom, a YouTuber, has been challenging TikTok star Bryce Hall to a boxing match for months, who has always declined. Bryce finally approved the contract after being offered a $5 million fee, and the fight is now set to take place. But it won't just be Austin and Bryce battling it out. It's now become a massive YouTube vs. TikTok event billed as a "battle of the platforms."
Here's what we know so far about the YouTube vs. TikTok boxing match.
YouTube vs TikTok is a boxing match that will put a variety of different YouTubers and TikTok stars against one another in the ring.The event, which is produced and distributed by LiveXLive Media, is for "entertainment only", and you will have to pay to watch it. It will be streamed through LiveXLive, but there is no clear information about how and where to watch it yet. The show will feature live musical performances in addition to a series of boxing bouts, but the lineup has yet to be revealed. The official date for the YouTube vs. TikTok competition has been set for June 5th, 2021. Specific times will be announced closer to the case. On Thursday, March 18th, LiveXLive Media released an official poster revealing the social media stars will be battling on the day.

DDG vs Nate Wyatt
Deji vs Vinnie Hacker
Austin McBroom vs Bryce Hall
Tayler Holder, a TikTok star, and YouTuber Danny Duncan have also announced that they will contest, but their opponents will be chosen by the public. More details about the fan vote will be available shortly.
After months of preparation, it appears that YouTubers and TikTokers will finally face off in a boxing match arranged by YouTuber Austin McBroom of the ACE Family. Austin McBroom has been calling for a fight with Bryce Hall since December 2020, following in the footsteps of their peers Jake Paul, Logan Paul, and KSI, who made YouTuber boxing a phenomenon in 2018.
